1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized agents.

1.2 Payments can be made in full or partially, as specified during the booking process. 1.3 All prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

2.2 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service date will receive a full refund.

2.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date will not be refunded.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1 Requests to change bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

3.2 Changes made 48 hours or more before the service date may be accommodated without additional charges.

3.3 Changes made less than 48 hours before the service date may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

4.1 Goolonukos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

4.2 Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

5.2 Customers must comply with the instructions and guidelines provided by our staff during the tour or transportation service.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws de Costa Rica.
