To ensure the organization and availability of our tours and transfers, full or partial payment is required at the time of booking. This payment secures your reservation and allows us to coordinate all necessary details for your experience.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, which is why we offer the option to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. However, if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the service, a refund will not be possible, as resources and logistics will have already been allocated to ensure the quality of the service.
We recommend that our clients carefully review the details of their reservation and contact us as soon as possible if they need changes or cancellations.
